For women ready to build from alignment instead of survival
Create an aligned business identity so you can earn money from your own values, build a life of freedom, and create something unmistakably yours
Imagine starting 2027 with a new business reality.
You're sitting down to "work," and for the first time in a long time, it doesn't feel like survival. It just feels like you.
You're making money from the gifts that come naturally to you, built from the identity that's actually yours, not one you inherited from illness, hustle culture, or anyone else's formula.
You're supporting your family with money you earned, doing work that finally feels like yours.
You're part of a small group of women who get it. They don't need you to explain the healing part before you get to the business part.
And you get to say something most people can't: you built something that empowered others, and instead of it taking all your energy, it actually multiplied it.
You're ready to keep creating, because this way of doing business is actually sustainable for your soul and your life.
You might be waiting for permission to start. And that has cost you something.
Maybe even more than the pain or trauma that put these dreams on hold in the first place.
But waiting isn't working anymore.
Pretending that your healing journey hasn't prepared you to build something of your own is only draining your life force.
Deep down, you know you have the skills, talent, and creativity.
What's missing is a coherent identity structure to hold the dream, along with the community and support — so that entrepreneurship can feel like an extension of who you already are.
The Expressed Entrepreneur was born when I realized that my clients in my signature program Spoons & Pens ™ — my creative rediscovery program for women healing from chronic illness — were already doing the most fundamental initiation to becoming entrepreneurs: identity work.
They were releasing old stories and identities with grace and ease.
They were becoming leaders, even without the language for the process and system we were creating together.
I witnessed something so beautiful - the heaviness they left behind from hyper-vigilance, symptom tracking, and illness culture left room for a deep desire to live out the calling that had been on their hearts before they had the capacity.
This is an intimate group container, held for just 5 women ready to do this work together. 2 are already in. Only 3 spots remain.
Meet Brooke: Founding Member Spotlight
When I first shared my vision for The Expressed Entrepreneur, my client Brooke was only days away from surgery for breast cancer.
Yet, she felt the pull.
She had already experienced a profound identity transformation in Spoons & Pens — moving from an identity framed by illness, and then wellness, to finally becoming the artist she had always longed to be.
Suddenly, bringing new ideas to life was just a natural part of being her.
And so, despite her new diagnosis and all the uncertainty that brings — she left our call feeling like building a business wasn't just possible for her — it was inevitable.
But how long would her healing take?
Brooke didn't wait for a clean bill of health or a clear timeline to say yes. She saw who she could become, embraced that spark, and trusted the vision.
Not later. Right now.
In her own words:
"The way Allison spoke about being a creative entrepreneur felt so aligned; it didn't feel like "work," and my fears of not being organized enough, or worries of burnout just melted away until it really felt like wow, I could do this. The possibility of creating something that "fills a need by being myself" actually felt tangible, and I was able to come up with a couple of really soulful ideas that I had never allowed to come to the surface. These ideas give me excitement and purpose that I haven't felt in so long, and even though I'm recovering from major surgery at the moment, I have hope that the remainder of this year will be a positive and productive time."
Anyone can teach you how to build a website, a landing page, or create your first offer.
But creating an identity architecture that holds you when your survival self tries to steal the show?
Integrating all your sacred parts to become the entrepreneur you’ve always dreamed of?
This is a rare gift and my favourite threshold to walk women through.
Because it truly allows you to leave the illness world behind that once defined you and instead lead your own world.
Because something truly powerful happens when your life is no longer centred on healing or fixing yourself.
Imagine growing with a group of women passionate about creating, receiving money with integrity, and truly believing work is keeping you well, instead of stealing your energy.
Has a deep desire to build a human-centred business rooted in freedom over hustle
Ready to finally receive money, support, and recognition for her ideas
Is a natural-born creative with tons of ideas, even if they feel scattered at times
Feels pulled in many directions, and wants to stop fighting herself long enough to lead from one clear vision.
Is tired of forcing, white-knuckling, and controlling outcomes, and ready to trust instead.
Is naturally gifted at holding space for others, and wants to learn how to do it without losing herself in the process.
Wants to create and embody a business philosophy that keeps you well, instead of burning you out
Get a felt sense of the community you'd be joining, the ideas already in motion, and how I actually show up to lead this work by watching this workshop...
Week 1 — Build a Business That Actually Fits Your Life
Burn the business plan built for someone else's body. Your business is a sacred ecosystem, not a machine. You'll sort out which parts of your current approach were borrowed from someone else, and start shaping a business around your real energy, capacity, and values.
Week 2 — Stop Hiding, Start Getting Paid
Heal the wound that makes you give everything and receive nothing. You'll understand why you tend to overgive and undercharge, and practice being visible, getting paid well, and taking full ownership of what you create.
Week 3 — Reconnect With What You Actually Want to Build
Play isn't a distraction from your business. It's the thing keeping it alive. You'll reconnect with the curiosity and enjoyment that got you started, so you have a clear vision in place before you layer in strategy.
Week 4 — Integrating the Parts of Your Inner Business Team
Meet and maintain your inner business team: the Artist, the Healer, the Guide, the Visionary, the Critic, the CEO. You'll learn to recognize which one to trust for creative work, planning, and business decisions.
Week 5 — Make Decisions From Trust, Not Pressure
Become the entrepreneur who trusts instead of forces. You'll learn how to make steady, grounded choices instead of forcing outcomes under pressure, with room to bring your faith into your work if that matters to you.
Week 6 — Keep Going Before the Results Show Up
Meet the place where most entrepreneurs quit, and find safety there. You'll build tools for staying steady through the uncertain early stretch, so you can keep showing up when it matters most.
Week 7 — Support Your Clients Without Rescuing Them
Learn the difference between fixing and witnessing, saving and empowering. You'll build client and collaborator relationships that create real, lasting change.
Week 8 — Write Your Own Business Manifesto
Define your way of doing business. You'll write your own manifesto: the values and commitments that guide how you work with clients and lead your business.
The cost is $777 CAD (approx. $561.74 USD)

6 monthly payments of $129.50 CAD (approx. $93.61 USD)
