Deep down, you know you were made for more...

More than doctors’ appointments, treatments, and symptom checking.

More than managing your life around what you think your body can tolerate.

More than shrinking yourself to stay safe.

What if your life didn’t have to stay small?

What if you woke up with energy not just to get through the day but to create something that matters?

You could walk away from that practitioner you don't need anymore.

You could add those hobbies and activities that sat on your bucket list while you focused on surviving.

And start designing your life around the ideas moving through your soul, and not just the current state of your body.

Perhaps holding something beautiful in your hands:

A bag, a book, a ticket - something you’ve earned by sharing your creativity with the world.

All made possible because you no longer wanted your life to feel like a recovery plan - but an expression.

Those journals sitting on your shelf, holding untold ideas and dreams?

You're ready to bring them to life.

You're ready to be surrounded by people who get you, not just by your pain but by your gifts.

You're ready to let go of the belief that your ideas are random or unimportant.

You want to embody the truth - your thoughts and ideas are a sacred frequency capable of reshaping your reality.

Spoons = the sacred energy rhythm of your creation

Pens = the creative act of reshaping your life from the inside out

Once upon a time, this creative healing arc felt far-fetched to me.

I didn't think my brain would ever be capable of creating something from scratch.

When chronic illness hits, you don't just lose your energy.

You lose the langauge for who you are.

This reality brought me to my knees more times than I can count.

For years, my life became smaller and more isolated as I built what felt like a necessary wall of safety around me.

I learned how to cope, regulate my emotions, and adapt to a life that suddenly felt fragile and out of my control.

But I seemed to always hit a wall when it came to feeling like myself again.

Until I started to reckon with the identity crisis beneath the illness and started asking:

"What does my soul actually want to create?" instead of: "What can my body tolerate today?"

Why Spoons and Pens™ is Different

Most healing spaces offer tools to manage your life and your symptoms. But they rarely touch the deeper truth of who you are.

Here’s what I wish someone told me a LONG time ago: creative women heal differently.

We don’t need another system to manage or improve ourselves. We need a space to remember ourselves.

Because all that endless fixing slowly drains our energy and suppresses creativity.

And let's be honest, carrying around all that life force with no place to go is exhausting.

Spoons and Pens™ empowers women to release the "sick girl" identity and create their vision from the identity of a sacred creator.

Spoons and Pens is for the woman who....

  • Is exhausted and jaded by all the rules, systems, and “shoulds” and ready for support that expands instead of restricts

  • Knows she’s creative at her core, even if that creativity has been put on hold

  • Is in a season of shedding old identities and frameworks so her life can finally move

  • Values freedom, flexibility, and authenticity more than performance

  • Is heart-centred, emotionally intelligent, spiritually open, and not afraid of transformation

  • Ready to upgrade her language to fit the creative identity she's reclaiming

  • Has a lot of ideas, insights, and downloads… and wants support bringing them into lived, creative form

  • She's ready to commit to mentorship that transforms ideas into lived reality.

When you step into Spoons and Pens ™...

The ideas you’ve been holding back for so long will take real creative form.

You'll see yourself as the creator you’ve always been. Not in a “cute new hobby” way - but in a deep, embodied "I am the artist of my life" way.

In the Spoons & Pens way of living, creative expression is the way out of the cage and into freedom and endless possibility.

We don’t heal so you can finally live.
We create, and healing follows.

"Spoons and Pens has been an 180-degree trun from when I thought chronic illness had taken writing away from me. With this writing, I've been able to do inner child & grief work, and be more honest with the people in my life. I highly recommend Spoons and Pens - I got a lot of healing & benefit from it!"

Sara

"Writing and I have never gotten along. I've resisted any type of journaling and writing as a means of therapy in my chronic illness journey...until I met Allison! Not only is she a genuine soul that truly cares about her members, but she has opened my eyes to an entire world of writing I never knew existed. Spoons and Pens unlocked a level of creativity I never knew I had and gave me the confidence to express myself unapologetically."
